We are glad to inform you that FAIPS-DPS is organizing the CBSE Gulf Accountancy Olympiad on Sunday, 19 November 2017 during school hours. I take this opportunity to invite your school to participate in the competition.

Kindly find attached the format for the registration of students. The registration fee is DHS 7/- per student. Bank charges to be paid extra.

The Question Paper, Answer Key and Blue Print will be sent to you soon.

The details of the Olympiad are as follows:

Syllabus Accountancy Olympiad Class 11 Syllabus Accountancy Olympiad Class 12



1.   Olympiad to be conducted on Sunday, 19th November 2017 at prescribed time only (will be notified later).

2.   Students appearing for the Olympiad should be given training well in advance regarding Question Paper/ Pattern.

3.   Envelopes containing question papers to be opened on the day of exam only.

4.   Seating arrangement must be made in such a manner that exam is conducted at fair manner.

5.  Not more than 20 students to be accommodated in a single room. Each room to have 4 rows with 5 students in each row.

6.   Question Paper to be given to students 15 minutes in advance.

7.   Invigilator should ensure that all Columns in answer sheet are filled neatly and properly. Incomplete and improper sheets and without signature of invigilator shall be rejected.

8.  Please ensure that student do not use any unfair means.

9.  No calculator, mobile, electronic device to be used during exam.

10.  While student signing attendance sheet please ensure that they give answer sheet serial number. Serial number will be sent to you depending on number of registrations in your school.

11.  In case any student is absent, write Absent with red pen in student’s column in the attendance sheet.

12.  Please ensure that all the envelopes containing answer sheets should be properly sealed and duly stamped by school seal and dispatched to us on the same day.

13.  Last date of confirmation of participation is Tuesday, 3rd October 2017.

14.  Participation fee is 7/- Dirhams.

15.  Please ensure that participants should not overwrite answers for MCQs.

16.  There will be 1 set of question paper. Questions will be objective.

17.  Envelopes containing answer sheets and attendance sheet should be kept in big sized envelope and should be dispatched to the below mentioned address on the same day only.
